PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY

Our Protection of Personal Information Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Action Sport Medicine international Inc., owner of the Action Sport Physio name and trademark and of the Action Sport Physio franchised network of physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics, as well as its affiliated companies, its franchisees, and the companies for which Action Sport Medicine international  Inc. is acting as agent (collectively referred to as “we” in this Policy).
