Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)
Allows for the management of people with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), which is a disproportionate neuropathic pain that can occur following prolonged immobilization, trauma such as a fracture, or after wearing a cast that is too tight. It is a chronic pain that involves a multitude of signs and symptoms such as numbness, burning sensations, hypersensitivity, and burning, hypersensitivity, and pain. The goal in physiotherapy is to better manage pain and normalize function. Treatments are aimed at restoring skin sensitivities, vasomotor and sudomotor function, joint mobility, and strength.

- Teaching about physiology and pain management
- Normalization of sensory thresholds
- Mobilizations
- Strengthening
- Motor control
- Graded motor imagery
- Functional rehabilitation
