This type of treatment aims to reduce the symptoms caused by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease, post-traumatic vertigo, cervicogenic dizziness and vestibular migraines. The goal is to reduce the sensation of vertigo and dizziness, to improve balance and overall endurance and to reduce the risk of falling.

The vestibular rehabilitation physiotherapist provides treatment that may include education, therapeutic exercises, habituation exercises, visual exercises, repositioning and release maneuvers, balance rehabilitation, physical and functional conditioning exercises.
