- What is Tele-Physio?
- Tele-Physio is a consultation carried out remotely using your computer, smartphone, tablet or regular telephone. This allows you to chat with a therapist from the comfort of your own home.
- The latter can then:

- Answer your questions and know your concerns
- To advise you
- Offer you a treatment plan to better manage pain
- Offer you exercises allowing you to work on your musculoskeletal deficits

If you would like to chat with a physiotherapist via videoconference, you need a good internet connection, a smart phone, a tablet or a computer with a camera and a microphone.

- How do I make an appointment?

If you are already a patient at an Action Sport Physio clinic, you can simply make an appointment with your therapist to continue your treatment program.
If you are a new patient, we will send you a form to fill out and return to us. After receiving this form, we will call you to make an appointment.
