Biography

Arianne graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has always been passionate about the human body, exercise and overall health. Her desire to expand her knowledge in rehabilitation science led her to continue her studies at McGill where she then obtained a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2020.

Throughout her studies, Arianne had the opportunity to diversify her knowledge and skills by working with different clinical populations ranging from orthopedic conditions to cardiovascular and neurological conditions. Her background in Kinesiology as well as her personal experiences in yoga, Pilates, CrossFit and cycling helped her gain in-dept knowledge in personalized exercise prescription. Therefore, her previous educational background complements well the techniques she learned in the context of her Master’s in Physiotherapy making her well suited to treat a variety of conditions.

Arianne is devoted to deliver the best care to her patients by always striving to expand her knowledge. She is currently completing continuing education courses in manual therapy and has plans to learn more about sports and concussion management as well as running and biking rehabilitation. Arianne’s main goal is to optimize her patients’ functional capacity so they can continue participating in activities they love doing! Do not hesitate to book an appointment with her, she will be happy to welcome you to the clinic Action Sport Physio Saint-Eustache/Deux-Montagnes.
