Zachary Weber is a proud graduate of McGill University following his degrees in Physiology (2014), Master’s Kinesiology (2016), and Master’s Physiotherapy (2018). Whether your goal is to recover from surgery and return to a high level of sport, or you are hoping to relieve your back pain to play with your grandchildren again, Zack’s approach can help you meet your individual needs.
Zack has always been fascinated with the optimization of the human performance and wants to help you achieve your goals and challenge your limits. His continuing education focuses on topics across the spectrum of rehab, from pain management after injury, to strength and conditioning principles during a return to physical activity.
In clinic, he is here to provide manual therapy to manage discomforts and increase mobility, as well as to develop highly personalized exercise programs for stability and strength. He is here to guide you towards autonomy and help you retake control of your condition. His philosophy is that rehabilitation does not end once pain is gone, but rather once function is achieved, and risk of relapse is diminished. In addition to clinical practice, Zack has a passion for his work with Special Olympics where he is an advocate for increased accessibility of health resources for individuals living with intellectual disabilities and special needs. In his time with the organization, Zack has attended 2 major games and continues to provide services at local tournaments whenever possible.
