A 2006 graduate of the University of Ottawa, Patricia went on to complete a master's degree in physical activity. In 2008, she joined the Action Sport Physio team and became co-owner of the Vaudreuil and Valleyfield clinics shortly thereafter. In 2018, management acquired a new clinic in L'Ile Perrot.
Patricia is a sportswoman! She has played many sports, including ringette, women's field hockey, soccer, motocross, cheerleading and more. As a result, she understands the demands of these sports and the realities of being an athlete.
With over 15 years' practice in physiotherapy, Patricia has accumulated a number of post-graduate courses, including the Mackenzie approach to the treatment of low back pain, manual therapy (level 3), treatment of neck and shoulder pain, yoga for chronic pain, lower limb injuries via 3 courses on running offered by the renowned Clinique du coureur, and much more.
Always thirsty to learn new things, Patricia then tackled several physiotherapy specialties:
-Jaw (TMJ)
Perineal (urinary incontinence and pre- and post-partum care (October 2023))
-Back health program
X-ray prescription
-Vestibular
-Pediatrics

Since 2016, Patricia has also acquired expertise in pediatrics, more specifically in torticollis, plagiocephaly and developmental delays in babies and toddlers. She recently completed 185 hours of training in Integrative Pediatric Manual Therapy, making her one of the first therapists in Quebec to offer this European approach.

Patricia will guide you and respond to your needs. Her gentle, calm manner and clear explanations of your condition will put you at ease immediately!
