Jonnah Guzon Massage Therapist

Jonnah is a registered massage therapist with l’Association des Massothérapeutes du Quebec (AMQ®) since 2021. A Concordia graduate in 2020, with a BSc in Exercise Science, Jonnah has experience as an athletic therapy student-intern in field coverage for the Dawson Men’s Hockey Team in 2017-2018 and clinical experience with the Montreal Impact Academy briefly in 2018. Her interest in manual therapy led her to pursue her studies in Massage Therapy at LaSalle College and continues to seek courses & workshops to fine tune her practice & expand her skillset. 

A competitive figure skater for over a decade, she discovered the world of rehab and pain management when suffering a foot fracture. Jonnah believes that massage therapy should not be viewed exclusively as a luxury or a means of relaxation, but also a powerful recovery tool. Her understanding of human anatomy & biomechanics help guide her treatments: she does not shy away from combining different techniques all whilst listening to your needs, your goals and your body. She is a firm believer that prevention & client education is key to pain management, performance and overall well-being. 

Outside of the clinic you will find Jonnah either on the ice figure skating, outside running or at a concert venue enjoying a live music experience.
