Zeina graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics. She is a registered dietitian-nutritionist member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ), Dietitians of Canada, and the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH). Zeina consults a clientele that desires to change their lifestyle habits, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, increase energy levels, improve sports performance or simply live healthier. She can help manage digestive issues and medical conditions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and arthritis, all with an intuitive eating approach.

Zeina understands that eating is a pleasure and therefore demonstrates that leading a healthy lifestyle is not about deprivation and self-guilt, but rather based on making better choices more often. Sometimes it's not only what you eat but how you eat.
