Biography

Who is Stephanie?

I’m a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies and improve their quality of life. I enjoy working with a wide range of patients and value taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and goals. Outside the clinic, I love staying active through biking, exploring new places through travel, and spending time cooking and sharing good food. I’m driven by continuous learning and take pride in supporting my patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Training and professional skills

I completed both my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2016 and my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 at McGill University. I am a licensed physiotherapist with the OPPQ and have been part of the Action Sport Physio R.D.P. team since 2017. My professional experience includes orthopaedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, acute care, and working with patients presenting neurological conditions. I also have a special interest in women’s pelvic health.
