Biography
Myrka obtained her Master's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Montreal in 2019. Since then, she is a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ) and works with the Action Sport Physio Saint-Jérôme team.
Since the beginning of her studies, Myrka has shown an interest in several areas of physiotherapy including sports injuries and orthopaedic problems in clients of all ages.
Myrka has continued to develop her knowledge by completing continuing education courses, such as the management of concussion patients (CCMI certification - complete concussion management), in May 2020, and the prevention of running injuries, in June 2020. Myrka also wants to deepen her knowledge in the management of patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems.
