Biography
Audrey received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montreal in 2018. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and the Association québécoise de la physiothérapie (AQP). Since the beginning of her studies, she has been interested in many facets of this beautiful profession, including orthopedic problems and developmental disorders in infants. In addition to working at Action Sport Physio, she also practices as a physiotherapist in a public health institution at the neurodevelopment clinic where her main clientele is babies from 0 to 1 year old with torticollis and/or plagiocephaly or delayed motor development. She has attended several symposiums and training sessions in pediatric physiotherapy, including atypical infant floor movements, acquisition and progression of postural control in infants, and physical literacy in children. Since she started working as a physiotherapist, Audrey has taken several continuing education courses to improve her knowledge and thus enable her to treat several clienteles: TMJ (jaw) disorders, shoulder muscle control and the prevention of running injuries. Audrey has also been involved in several events with Action Sport Physio, including the Montreal Marathon and the Au rythme du Nord race in Lachute. In her spare time, she has been practicing yoga and downhill skiing regularly since a very young age. She has traveled to many places and is very interested in outdoor activities such as hiking and climbing.
