Biography
Who is Anne-Sophie?
I am passionate about understanding how the body moves and how we can prevent injuries before they happen. My professional journey has allowed me to develop a strong global vision of health, where biomechanics, posture, and daily habits all play an essential role. I enjoy working with both adults and teenagers, helping them better understand their bodies and move with greater ease. As a competitive golfer myself, I also have a deep appreciation for the demands sport places on the body and the importance of precision in movement and care.
Training and professional skills
I was trained in physiotherapy and worked for over 10 years in a multidisciplinary clinic in France. During that time, I specialized in the Léopold Busquet muscle chains method, which strengthened my understanding of the body as an interconnected system and deepened my focus on prevention. I later completed a master’s degree in Ergonomics at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, where I also taught in pediatric and physiotherapy programs. I am currently completing my graduate studies in osteopathy at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques (CEO) in Montreal, continuing to refine my expertise in biomechanics and global body assessment.
“I believe that restoring balance and mobility helps the body express its natural ability to regulate and heal.”
