Biography

Catherine obtained her master's degree in physiotherapy in 2015 from McGill University. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).

Upon completion of her university studies, Catherine studied osteopathy for 4 years to bring a holistic approach to her physiotherapy treatments and refine her manual therapy treatment techniques.

Since returning from maternity leave in 2021, Catherine has begun offering her services to toddlers for gait disorders, torticollis/plagiocephaly (“flat head syndrome”) and motor development disorders. In April 2025, she will train to manage respiratory disorders in babies and children. She will be able to assess and treat craniofacial structures related to the upper respiratory tract.

Always striving to offer her patients the very best, Catherine has taken a number of continuing education courses to broaden her areas of expertise. She has completed the advanced training offered by the OPPQ for the treatment of jaw disorders and cranio-oral-facial disorders. She is also trained in the care of women during and after pregnancy (diastasis, pain, training, etc.).

From triathlon to yoga, from horseback riding to hiking, Catherine likes to dabble in a bit of everything in the world of sport. She has also acquired a more in-depth knowledge of injury prevention for cyclists.

Catherine will be delighted to listen to you and understand your pain, to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible, whatever your age.
