Who is Cristian?

Hello, my name is Cristian Abondano. I am a physiotherapist, but above all, I am someone who loves to help others. 

I am originally from Colombia, but I am also a proud Canadian. I have a partner, two children, and a dog. 

I enjoy running and working out from time to time. 

As mentioned before, I love helping people, and thanks to physiotherapy, I have found the best way to do so, because with me, you will change your condition. We will listen to you and find the best formula to help you improve. 

Education and professional skills

I am a trained physical therapist and received my bachelor's degree from El Rosario University in Colombia in 2001. 

I completed my equivalencies in 2013 at the University of Montreal. Since October 2013, I have been working as a physical therapist in the private sector. 

My more specific training includes vestibular, jaw joint, and concussion treatment, in addition to training for all musculoskeletal problems. 

Here is an overview of my certifications: 

• TMJ, the obscure joint of the upper quadrant: Evaluation and treatment of the jaw joint 
• Vestibular disorders levels 1 and 2: Assessing and treating various disorders related to the vestibular system. 
• Thoracic dysfunction levels 1 and 2: Assessing and treating the thoracic spine
