Stephanie de Laplante Kinesiologist

Stéphanie graduated from the Université of Montréal in 2023 with a Master's degree in kinesiology, a physical preparation profile. She was an athlete from an early age and she has a diverse athletic background focusing on volleyball and rugby. 

Stéphanie has a keen interest in athlete performance and injury prevention. With her clients' well-being at heart, she takes a highly personalized approach to creating programs to meet their specific needs. 

In her spare time, she plays softball and volleyball and loves hiking with her dog.
