Bike fit

The adjustment of the cyclist's position (bike fit) will be aimed at optimizing performance, preventing injuries and treating them.

During the meeting, the cyclist will be evaluated from a biomechanical point of view, both off the bike and on the bike.

Several factors will also be taken into consideration: saddle height, saddle back, positioning of the pedals and handlebars, but also the pedaling technique, the volume of training and any other intrinsic component of the cyclist (lack of flexibility, strength deficit, etc.)
