With a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Montreal, Valérie joined the Action Sport Physio St-Jérôme team in 2005. She is a member in good standing of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ). Since she had her first child, pediatrics has become a new passion. In doing so, she focuses on the treatment of torticollis and plagiocephaly. Valérie plans to take a training course on motor development disorders in pediatrics. She is currently preparing a training for pregnant women that will allow them to better understand the physiological changes experienced by the body as well as various tips and exercises to prevent pain and facilitate childbirth.

At the same time, Valérie has extensive experience in the treatment of sports injuries. She has followed various trainings over the last few years such as neuroproductive taping and dynamic tape. She also has experience in mobilization of the myofascial system, running, concussion and muscle control.

In her first years of practice, she followed a few sports teams of the Cheminots du Cégep de St-Jérôme, including the women's basketball team from 2006 to 2007 and the women's field hockey team from 2007 to 2009.
