Biography

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a focus in Physical Therapy at McGill University, Stephanie went on to complete a Master of Physical Therapy at McGill University (2018).

She did her internships at the Action Sport Physio Vaudreuil clinic, at the Royal Victoria Hospital in orthopedics, oncology and intensive care, and finally at the Constance Lethbridge Rehabilitation Center in neurology exposing her to a variety of clients.

During her studies she played several sports including volleyball, soccer and horseback riding. More recently, she has developed an interest in boxing and aerial sports, as well as a passion for physical training, weight training and running. She has a good understanding of the requirements of many sports.

Stephanie has since completed several trainings as part of her professional development, including several for the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) (jaw), the three levels of structural myofascial therapy and the thorax.

Her primary focus is TMJ, head and neck pain, but she is enthusiastic about treating all other pain and dysfunction in the body and improving the quality of life for her patients.
