Valérie Assaf Kinesiologist

Valerie, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke, has been a kinesiologist since December 2022 and has been working at Action Sport Physio in this capacity since March 2023.

During her university career, Valerie had the opportunity to do internships in the public sector, more specifically at the Association de la sclérose en plaques de l'Estrie, at the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l'Estrie and at the Barrie Memorial Hospital in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. These varied experiences have allowed her to develop several professional skills and have made her a complete kinesiologist, but equally ambitious to learn more.

In addition to being passionate about her work, Valerie values an active lifestyle by practicing several sports and physical activities. She swims regularly and also participates in triathlon and running events. She also enjoys hiking, sailing and snowboarding.
