Biography

Pascale completed her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in 2019.  Having an interest in physical rehabilitation, she then decided to continue her journey in athletic therapy and obtained her master's degree in 2022 at UQTR. During her field placements, she was a therapist for soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer and basketball teams.  She is a member in good standing of the CTSQ (Corporation des thérapeutes du sport du Québec), the CATA (Canadian Athletic Therapists Association) and the AKKOMQ (Association des kinésiologues, kinésithérapeutes, orthothérapeutes et massothérapeutes du Québec), and can issue receipts for insurance in these two disciplines. She is also a Zumba instructor.

One of the main reasons she chose Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy is that she always wanted to do something in the health and physical rehabilitation field that would allow her to see people and move. She has always enjoyed playing sports and keeping fit. When she was younger, she did gymnastics, basketball, zumba, running, flag soccer and many other sports activities so it is obvious that she wanted to combine her interests in sports with her future job.

What she is most passionate about in her two jobs is the fact that she can have an impact on the physical rehabilitation of active people. She finds it interesting to be able to intervene with these people on the field as well as in the clinic and to help them regain their physical capacity so that they can return to their sport safely.
