Chantal obtained her master's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Montreal in 2020. She is mainly interested in musculoskeletal, sports and neurological injuries. During her academic career, she developed her skills by getting involved for three consecutive years as a student therapist with the UdeM Carabins varsity soccer team. Having played high performance soccer herself from a young age, she understands the impact of injury on the life of an athlete (or anyone) and the importance of optimal recovery. She will listen to your needs and tailor a personalized treatment plan to your individual goals. To do this, she advocates collaboration between therapist and patient as well as an active approach.
Eager to perfect her knowledge, Chantal wishes to deepen her practice through several post-graduate training courses, in particular that of manual therapy. She also studied two years in kinesiology, in addition to obtaining her training as a Sports First Responder in 2019, which gives her an additional and complementary background. On a personal level, Chantal is an epicurean. She is passionate about travel, cooking, the outdoors and sports (including soccer, snowboarding, running, yoga and hiking).
