Catherine Pino-Abre Massage Therapist

Catherine holds a diploma in massage therapy from the Academy of Scientific Massage since 2016. As soon as she graduated, she started her practice at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal, offering massage therapy services to students as well as to members of sports teams. She then diversified her clientele, practicing in a variety of settings: from spas to hotels, including training rooms and multidisciplinary clinics. In 2017, Catherine improved her training by obtaining a certification in Private and Health Training at Ataraxia.

Thanks to her down-to-earth and human approach, Catherine takes care to identify the needs of her patients, whether it is for treatments of tension related to daily stress or specific and/or deep muscle pain. Catherine also specializes in joint mobility flexibility.

On a personal level, Catherine practices several circus disciplines, including aerial silk, aerial hoop, contortion and balancing. She has played competitive volleyball for 10 years and competed at the 2012 provincial track and field championships in javelin and discus. She is also a musician and multidisciplinary artist.
