Biography

Sylvie graduated from the University of Ulster (Belfast, Northern Ireland) with a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2004, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree of science in biology at McGill University. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and joined the Action Sport Physio team in 2005.
During her career, Sylvie has completed a number of post-graduate orthopedic courses and is certified in Level 2 Manual Therapy from the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). Other courses she has completed include Mulligan Concept Lower & Upper Quadrants, courses on pelvic and thoracic conditions, myofascial mobilisation as well as several courses focused on shoulder dysfunctions and treatment. These courses have provided many valuable tools in order to help you towards achieving your physiotherapy related goals.
