What is telerehabilitation?

Telerehabilitation is a type of physiotherapy consultation done remotely using your computer, smartphone, tablet, or regular phone. This allows you to chat with a physiotherapist from the comfort of your own home.

This service allows the physiotherapist to (among other things):

  • get an update on the progress of your rehabilitation
  • answer your questions and know your concerns
  • advise you
  • advance your exercises and correct them if necessary
  • assess new urgent cases

In the event of a new musculoskeletal injury, this service also allows you to avoid going to the hospital’s emergency ward.

Who can book a telerehabilitation consult?

Our existing customers and people who have just suffered a musculoskeletal injury.

If you would like to chat with a physiotherapist via a videoconference, you will need a good internet connection and a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer with a camera and a microphone.

*The videoconference can be done via these platforms:
  • Skype
  • Zoom
  • Facetime
  • WhatsApp
  • Reacts
  • Google Meet
  • Medexa
  • ClinicMaster
  • other web-based programs
Otherwise, we can proceed by phone call using a regular phone.

If you have any questions about telerehabilitation, please contact your clinic.
