Biography
Retired from sports since 2015 and women's artistic gymnastics coach since 2013, Catherine wanted to give anyone who practices physical activity the opportunity to listen, understand and want to take care of their body. This is why she undertook studies in massage therapy in 2020. Passionate about the body in its movement, she then decided to specialize in helping athletes.
Graduated in sports massage therapy at the Institut Kinéconcept-Guijek in Montreal in 2021, Catherine offers various techniques during her sessions and asks the client to collaborate in order to accompany and find the balance of a healthy mind in a healthy body.
