I'm available at this clinic: Lachine
Isabella spent much of her childhood playing soccer and figure skating competitively. It was her lifelong love of sports and physical activity that drove her to pursue a career in healthcare and wellness. She completed her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from McGill University. Isabella is now a licensed physiotherapist with l'Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
She has had practical experience working in a variety of fields including orthopaedic injuries, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and rheumatology. In addition, she has completed complementary classes in Cancer Rehabilitation and Advanced Pediatrics during her physiotherapy degree.
Isabella's professional objective is to stay up-to-date with the most recent studies and evidence-based practice guidelines to enhance her knowledge and skills as a healthcare professional. She has taken continuing education courses with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute program (APTEI) as well as further certifications in assessment and treatment of the temporo-mandibular (jaw) joint.
Isabella's main goal is to help ensure all her clients reach their full recovery potential so the they can return to the activities they love as quickly as possible.
Outside the clinic, Isabella enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying physically active, outdoors activities such hiking and snowboarding, and has a special love for soccer.
