Jessica graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a master's degree in physiotherapy. She is a member of l'Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
While pursuing her studies, Jessica worked as a student therapist for the McGill men's football varsity team. This experience developed her interest in sports physiotherapy, for which she then completed her sports first responder certificate. Jessica has also completed a course to be an expert in analyzing running patterns and treating the injuries associated with running.
Jessica is pursuing her continuing education in manual therapy. She has completed her level 1 course and is currently in the process of completing both her level 2 courses. She has also recently completed the McKenzie Part A technique to treat back injuries.
Jessica has a passion for sports and travelling. She currently practices soccer, volleyball, boxing, pilates and weight lifting.
