Curious about the human body and how it works, Nhiên obtained her B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from the Université de Montréal in 2005. It is following her experience in clinical research in hospitals that she deepened her knowledge of human physiology.
She then began studying osteopathy at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Osteopathy in 2015. In June 2019, she submitted a thesis for her diploma in Osteopathy, D.O. (QC). The subject of her thesis was the influence of osteopathic care with respect to the brain-intestine axis on the quality of life of people with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Although her focus is on chronic stress and somato-emotional labour, Nhiên also has an interest in all the discomforts felt after childbirth and/or breastfeeding. Concerned about people's well-being, Nhiên applies a personalized manual approach adapted to all ages in order to prevent and relieve various discomforts.
