Audrey-Maude Lachance Nutritionist

Nutritionist-dietitian in Rivière-des-Prairies, Audrey-Maude is a graduate of the University of Montreal with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ / OPDQ).  She also obtained a degree in Nursing from the same university. She practiced nursing for 4 years before choosing to return to school to become a nutritionist.

Audrey-Maude wishes to accompany you in reaching your nutritional and health goals, without judgment and with kindness. She considers her clients to be specialists in their own lives. Therefore, it is important for her to provide a personalized nutritional follow-up to each client's situation.

She has many areas of interest in nutrition, including intuitive eating, lifestyle improvement, irritable bowel syndrome and pediatrics.
