Biography

Lidia is an osteopathy student working as a Physio Aid. She is in the process of finishing her studies in osteopathy at l’Académie d’Ostéopathie de Montréal (AOM). She graduated with a DEC in Physical Rehabilitation Therapy in 2015 at Collège Montmorency.
She’s been involved in sports her entire life, which pushed her to pursue her studies in Osteopathy. She is passionate about the human body and how it works. She very much believes in a holistic approach and in the osteopathic principals, and the interrelationship between structure and function of the human body. She believes in caring for the person as a whole, and striving to always find the cause of the client’s disorder and respecting the natural strength of the body. 
Lidia is very interested in the areas of fitness and sports. A big sports enthusiast herself, she plays on 3 different COED soccer teams. Her spare time is filled with other sports such as hockey, volleyball and tennis, as well as lifting weights, travelling, and hiking. 
Lidia is passionate about Osteopathy and Fitness. She is hoping that one day she’ll work with athletes or be affiliated with a sports organization.
