Rachel Houde Physiotherapist

Rachel completed her master's degree in physiotherapy at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2023. In 2019, she also obtained her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the Université de Montréal. Having practiced several sporting disciplines herself, such as soccer and ringette, it was her interest in sports and the human body that led her to pursue her academic courses.

Having already completed her training in peripheral manipulation, as well as a course on introduction to spinal manipulation and advanced musculoskeletal practice, she has also been trained as a sports first responder. She would like to perfect her knowledge and therefore wishes to take further training in manual therapy and add to her bow some strings concerning vertigo and BPPV, among others. She would also like to get involved in sporting events.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys golf, running and physical training.
