Biography
M.Sc.(A) PT, CATA(C), B.Sc. Phys.
Education: Bachelor of Science Physiology with minor in psychology, Bachelor is Science Athletic Therapy, Masters Applied in Physical Therapy
My experience includes working with various varsity sports teams such as McGill Redmen's basketball and Lacrosse teams, Dawson college basketball, volleyball teams and TMR soccer team, Les Griffons, as well as field coverage of various sports events. I have also completing internships at Concordia Sports Physio clinic and worked at Stadium PhysiOsteo clinic. My experience also includes working with neurological, cardiorespiratory and orthopaedic cases through internships at Royal Victoria, Jewish General and Montreal General hospital.
Through my experience I have become certified as an Athletic therapist, first responder in emergency care and Level one manual therapy.
I take great satisfaction in helping people reach their optimal level of functionality that they need to be to meet their goals and take pleasure in seeing them progress to their max potential. I enjoy and work hard in constantly trying to seek out different technics and improve treatments to better improve my skills.
Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is one of my passions but I have a great interest in gaining skills in pelvic floor and with the pediatric population through continuing education.
Outside of physiotherapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, being active, practicing martial arts and leisure photography.
