Sierra Gillie Physiotherapist

Sierra completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen's University in 2019 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McGill University in 2021.

Throughout her studies, Sierra volunteered with McGill's Varsity Men's Hockey, Women's Soccer, and Women's Hockey teams; the Montreal Alouettes; and at Wimgym and Gymnix gymnastics gyms. She also gained experience at Montreal General Hospital, Richardson Hospital, Douglas Mental Health University Institute, and a number of private clinics. Sierra has developed special interests in athletic injuries and conditions, pelvic health physiotherapy, and aquatic therapy.

Sierra is a strong believer in holistic wellness and the importance of a balanced lifestyle (with room to treat yourself!). Outside of work, Sierra loves biking, reading, and baking.
