I'm available at this clinic: Lachine
BSKin, M.Sc.(A) PT
Before working as a physiotherapist, I completed a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and worked for a couple of years as a personal trainer and kinesiologist. I have always had a passion to help others get physically better and hence I returned to school to pursue a Master’s degree in physiotherapy.
Besides working here part time at Action Sport Physio, I work full time at CLSC Dorval Lachine where I do home care physio to those who are unable to leave their homes. I have experience in neuro rehab, cardiopulmonary rehab, oncology rehab, palliative care, total knee & hip replacements rehab, chronic pain, geriatrics and pediatrics.
During my spare time, I love to play music, sing and participate in team sports. I also enjoy discovering the great outdoors, via cycling, jogging & swimming.
I have a passion for helping others, especially those who are less fortunate. I have travelled to Kenya and Bolivia on humanitarian trips where I quickly fell in love with serving the needy. My goal as a physiotherapist is to help you understand your body, identify the glitches and empower you with the tools you need to get better. I like to see each and every one of my patients as a whole. To me, you are not just a sprained ankle or dislocated shoulder, but rather a complex human being, intricately designed and beautifully fashioned. Every part of you is intelligently connected to each other and hence, as a physio I will evaluate and treat you as whole.
