Physiotherapy Technologist (Physical Rehabilitation Therapist)
I'm available at this clinic: Sherbrooke
Thimothé obtained his technical diploma in physiotherapy at Cégep de Sherbrooke in 2019 and has been a member of the OPPQ ever since.
His passion for sports from an early age has allowed him to develop knowledge and physical abilities in almost all sports. He played soccer in France, and also practiced archery, badminton, tennis, rugby, volleyball, among others. Over the past six years, he has discovered a real passion for sprinting and the physical conditioning that this event demands, and is currently training to become a sprint coach.
His goal as a therapist does not stop at treating a problem, he wants to have a positive impact in the life of each of his patients. This is why he is very interested in performance, whether physical or psychological, because it allows him to help people who come to him for a consult as much as possible. In order to optimize his rehabilitation programs, he took a master class on athletic profiling, co-planning of strength-speed-power, sports psychology, how to put weightlifting at the service of sports performance and plyometrics, in all its forms. He loves to start from athletic performance and break down every movement when giving advice to his clients, because as he says, `` when you think of an athlete, you think of every detail '', and that's what he reproduces with his patients. He works with a proactive approach, based on the quality of the movement and the development of capacities adapted to each individual’s needs and more. In a few words, he aims to create links with his patients so that they can fulfill themselves fully in their life and goal via a human, active and fun approach.
