Vincent Laganière

My name is Vincent Laganière, a qualified physiotherapist since 2019. I had the privilege of starting my career at Action Sport Physio, where I've worked since the beginning. In 2022, I took the next step by becoming one of the clinic's co-owners.

A sports enthusiast from an early age, I played field hockey, soccer and golf, activities that taught me the importance of teamwork and perseverance. I enjoy working in groups, whether on the pitch, at work or with friends. I'd describe myself as sociable, a good listener and empathetic.

What motivates me every day in my job is to see my patients progress, regain their mobility and resume the activities that are important to them. It's a source of great pride to be able to accompany them on this path.

Training and professional skills

I am a physiotherapist graduating from the Université de Montréal in 2019. I have taken several courses in manual therapy, physiotherapy dry needling and motor control.

• AQPMA manual therapy level II (MS): Manual therapy techniques and clinical reasoning applied to the treatment of conditions of the upper limb. 
• AQPMA manual therapy level II (MI): Manual therapy techniques and clinical reasoning applied to the treatment of lower limb conditions.
• Puncture physiotherapy with dry needling: Also known as dry needling. Muscle release technique using dry needling. 
• Shoulder motor control training - Sean Gibbons: Understand and recognize the different motor patterns of the shoulder in order to target the appropriate exercises for each patient.
