Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular rehabilitation is a physiotherapy specialty that aims to assess and treat vertigo, dizziness and balance disorders caused by damage to the vestibular system, which is located in the inner ear.

The physiotherapist specialized in vestibular rehabilitation offers treatment that may include education, therapeutic exercises, habituation exercises, visual exercises, repositioning and release maneuvers, balance rehabilitation, physical and functional conditioning exercises.
