Sabina Trudeau

Sabina holds a master's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Sherbrooke and a bachelor's degree in psychology and neuroscience from Dalhousie University.

She treats musculoskeletal and pelvic health disorders, sports injuries, and has extensive experience with postoperative cases. 

Having completed specialized training in running, she has developed expertise based on the idea that the therapist acts as a facilitator, working alongside the patient to help them achieve their goals. Her treatments are designed to promote independence and autonomy, encouraging patients to take full responsibility for their recovery and long-term health. 

Sabina has experience working with elite athletes, including the Canadian rugby team and Cirque du Soleil performers. 

In her free time, Sabina enjoys hiking, cycling, running, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing.
