Who is Tristan?

I'm interested in sports injuries, whether to athletes or weekend warriors. In my spare time, I like to keep active by running and playing outside, with a new goal of improving my long-distance running. I'm also passionate about travel and music.

Education and professional skills

I completed my master's degree in physiotherapy in 2023 at the Université de Montréal, with a certificate in spinal and peripheral manipulation.

• McKenzie lower quadrant: specialized approach to lower back pain
• Bicycle positioning: assessment and specific adjustments for cyclists on their bikes
• Physiotherapeutic puncture with dry needling: approach aimed at deep relaxation of muscle tissue
