Biography

Who is Tristan?

I'm 21 years old and I've been an athlete since I was very young. I played minor hockey until I was 18, but I really excelled at baseball. I was part of a sports-study program for all five years of high school, then I played two years in Midget AAA for the 3L de la Rive-Nord. Currently, I'm starting my fifth season in the Quebec Junior Elite Baseball League with the Laval team. In the near future, I'd like to complete a marathon and eventually an Ironman. Sports are an integral part of my life. In physiotherapy, just like in sports, I can push my limits and question established practices. This allows me to always try to find the best treatments and exercises for my patients.

Education and Professional Skills

I completed my physiotherapy diploma at Collège Montmorency in the spring of 2024. I am currently at the University of Montreal, where I am pursuing my bachelor's/master's degree in physiotherapy with the goal of eventually becoming a physiotherapist.
