Jim completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Therapy at the University of Montreal in 2016. He is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
During his studies, Jim worked as a physiotherapist assistant in a private sports clinic. He had the privilege of working with experienced physiotherapists and perfecting his client approach. He has also covered sporting events such as field hockey, basketball and soccer through his first responder sports training. In addition, before starting his studies in physiotherapy, Jim completed a year in kinesiology at the University of Montreal, giving him an excellent knowledge of muscles and exercises, which allows him to establish programs specific to the needs of his clients, whether they are sports or general.
Jim has a dynamic approach based on listening and empathy, in order to offer the best service according to the needs and objectives of each of his patients. He works closely with his patients to achieve optimal results.
Always with the goal of providing the best service, Jim continues his professional development in various specializations of physiotherapy such as manual therapy, running and related injuries, vestibular rehabilitation and temporomandibular joint.
Jim has always been an avid sportsman and
considers sports to be an important part of his daily life. He plays many
sports such as ultimate frisbee, snowboarding, road biking, running and indoor
training. In recent years, he has made several ski trips in Western Canada and
the American Rockies, as well as road biking trips across Canada and the United
States.
