Who is Teresa ?  

I am a massage therapist and a graduate in Physiotherapy from Colombia. I pursued my passion for wellness by studying massage therapy at the Académie de Massage Scientifique, where I completed a 1,000-hour training program in 2023. 

I am passionate about overall well-being and muscular health. Through my personalized and compassionate approach, I help each client restore balance between body and mind. My goal is to provide treatments tailored to each individual’s specific needs—whether to relieve pain, improve mobility, or simply promote relaxation. 

Always striving to grow professionally, I have completed numerous specialized trainings that allow me to offer a wide range of treatments adapted to each client’s needs.

• Massage Therapist – Action Sport Physio (2022 – Present) 
I treat both athletic and non-athletic clients, help manage chronic muscular pain, and provide therapeutic and recovery massage treatments. I collaborate with physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and osteopaths to develop interdisciplinary treatment plans.
