Biography
Sara obtained her Master’s degree in physiotherapy from McGill University in 2025 and has
since been practicing physiotherapy with passion and excitement.
Before beginning her studies in physiotherapy, she obtained her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto in 2023. Throughout her studies at UofT she played water polo for the Varsity Blues. As a former athlete, Sara has experienced various injuries and can empathize with the frustration of injury preventing you from doing what you love.
She is motivated to help others return to doing what they are passionate about as quickly and as safely as possible. Sara has 5 years of experience working as a personal trainer and group fitness coach. Her experience in water polo landed her a position playing in France while working as the strength & conditioning coach for the U17 men’s team.
During her Master’s degree at McGill, Sara studied advanced pediatric physical therapy and assisted in providing services for a student-run pediatric clinic for children on the waitlist for physical therapy services in the public sector.
She has also attended continuing education training to treat torticollis and plagiocephaly offered through the Saint-Justine pediatric clinic. In her free time, Sara loves running, swimming, and snowboarding.
