Sanjit Kooner is a passionate advocate for a healthy mind and body. He graduated from McGill University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2018 and graduated from Concordia University with a degree in psychology in 2022 and has over 12 years of experience in the field of strength and condition.

Understanding the importance of the mind-body connection for optimal health & longevity, Sanjit uses an individualized and holistic approach with all his clients. Striving to give his clients quality care and excellence, Sanjit is pursuing a Master’s degree in physiotherapy to learn more about the human body
