Biography
Who is Samuelle?
Physiotherapist at Action Sport Physio Maisonneuve-Rosemont and originally from New Brunswick, I have always been passionate about the outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, and running are an integral part of my daily life and fuel my desire to stay active and challenge myself. A people person at heart, I thrive on human connections and love meeting new people, building relationships, and sharing meaningful moments. I also have a strong sense of adventure: backpacking has taken me to explore several countries across Asia, Europe, and Central America. I have a particular interest in sports physiotherapy, which I put into practice by working as a physiotherapist with the Université de Montréal men’s volleyball team, where I combine my passion for sport and teamwork.

Training and professional skills
I graduated in physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal in the summer of 2025. My training allowed me to develop a strong foundation both theoretically and clinically. Most importantly, it led me to adopt a client-centered approach, where listening, understanding individual needs, and collaboration are key. I learned to design thoughtful, effective, and personalized treatment plans, while placing strong emphasis on patient education to promote autonomy, understanding, and active engagement in the rehabilitation process.
Additional training:
Sports First Responder: on-field intervention training focused on recognizing, assessing, and effectively managing acute injuries in a sports setting.
