Sabrina Sabelli

Who is Sabrina ? 

Sabrina has been working at Action Sport Physio since 2005. She began her career as a physiotherapist at Montreal West and is now also the part owner of 4 clinics. 

Sabrina was a member of the Canadian National Synchronized Figure Skating Team from 1998-2003 where she won the Canadian Championships and placed third with her team at the World Championships. In her career she was a student athletic therapist for U-16 Lac St Louis Lakers soccer team and she was also the student athletic therapist for Lac St Louis Midget AAA hockey team. 

Training and professional skills 

Sabrina Sabelli is a physiotherapist and co-owner of the Montreal West, Lasalle, Verdun & Brossard clinic. She graduated from McGill University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and previously obtained a Bachelor of Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in 2002. 

Here is an overview of my certifications: 

• APTEI (Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute): Evidence-based post-graduate clinical orthopaedic education courses including the cervical & lumbar spine, pelvis, sacroiliac joint, hip, shoulder & TMJ joints. 
• McKenzie Method: Assessment and management for cervical and lumbar disorders. 
• Mulligan Concept: Mobilization with movement manual therapy approach for musculoskeletal pain. 
• Pelvic Floor Certification: Including treatment for incontinence, vaginismus, and other pelvic pain related issues, preparation and recovering from c-section births, as well as perinatal physiotherapy through pregnancy, delivery and beyond.
