Rémi Grandhomme

As a graduate of the University School of Physiotherapy Centre Val-de-Loire (EUK-CVL) in Orleans (France) in 2019, I have worked in several clinics with a diverse clientele in orthopedics, traumatology, neurology, cardio-respiratory, rheumatology, and sports. Over the past 5 years, I have also maintained and updated my knowledge through various training courses, such as the management of lower limb tendinopathies, the McKenzie method (parts A and B), shoulder rehabilitation, running clinic, stroke management, and recently the management of clients with obesity.

Having arrived in Quebec since March 2024, I obtained my equivalence as a certified massage therapist with the Quebec Federation of Massage Therapists (FQM), of which I am a member. This process contributes to my desire to take care of you and alleviate pain/tension, allowing me to offer a moment for oneself.

To achieve this, and to best adapt to each individual's objectives, I rely on various techniques such as relaxation massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, stretching, and sports recovery massage.

I also have a strong interest in the sports field, practicing running and badminton.
