Louie Ramile

Who is Louie ?

Louie Has been working at Action Sport Physio since 2022.

He is a certified personal trainer that advocates for an active lifestyle - whether it is about weight training, doing sports or as simple as walking outdoors. He loves to workout, go on hikes and play video games during his free time."

Training and professional skills

Louie graduated from the Physiotherapy Technology Program at Dawson College in 2022. He is a licensed physiotherapist technologist registered with l’Ordre professionnel de la physiotherapie du Quebec (OPPQ).

Louie has worked with patients at the orthopaedics department at St-Mary’s Hospital. He has also worked at geriatric centres such as Maimonides (DBM) and the Jewish Eldercare Centre (JEC) - mainly working with elderly patients who had strokes and dementia. Louie has also done home visits with CLSC rehab services where he has treated patients who underwent knee and hip replacements. 

Here is an overview of my certifications :

• Mckenzie Method (A) Lumbar spine (MDT) : Assessment and treatment of mechanical low back pain and related conditions.
• Mulligan Concept (Upper and Lower Quadrant) : Manual therapy approach that integrates mobilization techniques to restore pain-free movement.
