Biography

Daphne obtained her Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal. Since then, she has been a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and works for the Action Sport Physio Saint-Jérôme team. In addition to completing a research project on best practices in telemedicine and telerehabilitation, Daphne has obtained certifications in various areas of expertise: - Attestation in peripheral joint manipulation - Attestation in joint spinal manipulation - Attestation in X-ray prescriptions. 

In recent years, she has completed physiotherapy internships with patients suffering from a variety of conditions, including neurological and orthopedic conditions, as well as with lower-limb amputees and burn victims. She enjoys broadening her knowledge in a variety of fields.

Daphne has over 20 years of experience in classical equestrian sports. She has competed at both regional and provincial levels in jumper, hunter and equitation classes and is very passionate about this activity. Daphne is passionate about running, both as an athlete and in the management of running injuries, having joined the Action Sport Physio team for front-line treatment at the 2022 Montreal Beneva Marathon.
